4th Finger Pizzicato – Single Notes

4th Finger Pizzicato – Single Notes

Let your left arm carry the finger from one string to another string.

Plucking the string with the 4th finger of your left hand develops your control over 4th finger shape and encourages a curved 4th finger.

It is not possible to pluck the string with a rigid 4th finger, especially if the finger-joints are collapsed. This is the reason why many beginner methods include left-hand pizzicato.
